Bathini Goud brothers are getting ready for giving the popular Fish medicine at Exhibition Grounds. The BRS Government is also getting ready to help Goud brothers in the distribution of this medicine for Asthma patients.
Minister for Animal Husbandry Talasani Srinivas Yadav announced that the arrangements will be done to the full extent by the Government.
Water, food shelter and all other arrangements would be done by the Government with the help of the NGOs he added.
Around 300 kg of Fish prasadam will be prepared at 1 am on June 7, which is the auspicious muhurat. Distribution will take place on June 9, from 8 am, till 8 am the next day.
People suffering from chronic respiratory diseases like asthma, cough, etc can get relief by taking this prasadam on Mrigasira Karti day for four to six consecutive years.”
The Bathini family said they will not charge people for the medicine and that the fish can be purchased from counters set up by the Telangana fisheries department, at Rs 30 each.
After a Covid-induced break of three years, the Bathini Goud family announced the resumption of the fish prasadam administration from this year, with the event set for June 8, Mrigasira Karti.
People from across the country and also some parts of the world will come for this Fish medicine. Scientifically it is not a proven medicine, but people with belief come for the medicine.
