Chiranjeevi the megastar with family and Junior NTR with his wife were the early birds to vote this morning. Minister Malla Reddy also voted along with his family members.
Allu Arjun came with bouncers to the polling station along with his wife. Chiranjeevi was seen in Ayyappa dress.
Celebrities turned out at the polling booths in Jubilee hills area. In some areas polling booths were decorated in the fashion of marriage halls with balloons and green plants with trees.
Some polling stations were managed by women. The CEO Telangana said that the polling started peacefully and some EVMs which were not working were being attended by the staff and some of them were already replaced.
Azharuddin also voted early in the morning. Film director Rajamouli voted in Shekpet along with his family members. Revanth Reddy the PCC Chief voted in Kodangal.
There were no arrangements for the voters to deposit the mobile phones. Mobile phones will not be allowed into the polling booths. BJP leader Raghubnandan also voted early in the first hour. Kishan Reddy voted in Amberpet.
Film Star Venkatesh also voted in the first hour. Some people did not get vote slips and the polling officials have to turn them back to get the required slips for voting.
Keeravani also voted in the first hour.
