The Telugu film industry is looking at Jaganmohan Reddy the CM of AP for the rise of cinema ticket rates. Big-ticket films are slated for release in January. The hike in rate will make all the difference for the producers and also the heroes.

The Telugu film industry had a sigh of relief as soon as the Jagan Government has given a go for the full capacity in the cinema theatres. Earlier it was 50 per cent occupancy only, due to Corona.

Now the issue is about the ticket rates. A delegation under Chiranjeevi was supposed to meet the CM Jagan. But due to the adverse comments of Pawan Kalyan and as the Chiru team lost the MAA election, now the delegation of the producers met the CM under the leadership of Nagarjuna.

They called it a friendly meeting, but lot of things transpired between them.

The comments of Pawan against the YCP Government made all the difference. But Allu Aravind thanked the Jagan Government for giving permission to run the theatres with full capacity.

The real concern of the industry is that they must hike the ticket rates. The Government has agreed to the online ticketing process, but what about the ticket rates is the question.

So far there is no announcement in this regard. Nagarjuna is yet to address the media after meeting Jagan the CM. Maybe it will take some time to make a decision on the ticket rates.
