It looks like the Bhai of Bollywood Salman Khan and his father are unable to forget the loss that they had faced with Jai Ho movie , because of the call given by the Bhai of Muslim part Asaduddin Owaisi who is the MP from Hyderabad.
It may be recalled that the MIM Chief Owiaisi could not digest te fact that Salman was campaigning for the BJP by flying kites with the PM Modi before the election.
It was the time when Jai ho was ready for release, and Owaisi unable to take this had given a call to the muslims to boycott the film Jai ho of Salman as he was travelling with Modi and flying kites indirectly campaigning for the BJP. The film was a big flop as desired by the Owaisi and Salman asked Owaisi , yeh Kya kar diay Bhai.
Celebrated screenplay writerSalim Khan has often come out in defense of his son Salman Khan. He clarified on various issues and statements made by Salman in a hurry and later had to take them back.
The 80-year-old recently took to Twitter to express his anger atAsaduddin Owaisi, the President of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), who had abused the ‘Sultan’ actor.
Calling Owaisi a “self-proclaimed leader of Muslims”, Salim Khan tweeted, “Owaisi is upset with Modiji and abuses Salman.
Owaisi a self-proclaimed leader of Muslims. God help the Muslims.”
Salim Khan recollected an incident in 2014 when Salman was invited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Ahmedabad for the kite flying festival.It was during this time that Owaisi had bad-mouthed Salman.
Recollecting the episode, Salim Khan wrote, “Flashback Jan 2014 Salman went toAhmedabad on invitation of Modiji to fly kites.
I had advised him to go. Owaisi got some of his followers together and said Iss Haram ke pille ki picture boycott karo.This is the language he uses for Muslims. I wanted to react and retaliate but couldnt stoop to his level.”said the father of Salman.
