Bhagyalaxmi Temple under Charminar was used as a rallying point for the BJP ever since Bandi Sanjay took over as the chief of the party. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also visited the Temple twice.

Both BJP and MIM are making allegations that they are trying to disturb the law and order. TRS is also blaming BJP for raising communal tensions.
The people in the city of Hyderabad are having apprehensions that there could be riots on Friday after the prayers in old city especially around Charminar.
The chief Minister KCR is coming to RR district for launching the district collectorate office here. The police is keeping a vigil on the sensitive areas of the old city from the Command control room located in Banjarahills.
Rapid action force is already in place in many parts of the old city as a precatuionary measure.
