One Fatal Road Accident occurred on 15.03.2021 at 1520 hours near Bodunampally Limits, Ranga Reddy District, under Keshampet Police Station, Cyberabad in which the Macharam Sai Kumar (A-1) drove his Hero Glamour motorcycle bearing no.TS07FJ2355 under the influence of alcohol and in rash and negligent manner and hit to a Hero Glamour Motorcycle bearing no. TS07HH1393.
As a result of which the rider of the Hero Glamour Motorcycle bearing no.TS07HH1393, Deceased Person: Gundolla Prashanth, S/o. Jangaiah, age: 18 yrs, r/o Chinthakuntapally village, Keshampet mandal of RangaReddy District., succumbed to injuries.
A case is registered vide FIR No. 42/2021 U/s 304-II, 304-A, 337 IPC, Sec 185, 180, 196, 129/177 MV act 1988 of Keshampet PS, Cyberabad and is under investigation.
The rider of the Glamour Motorcycle Macharam Sai Kumar (A-1) drove the motor cycle under the influence of alcohol and at high speed in reckless manner, by knowing clearly that it was highly dangerous and can cause serious accidents. This amounts to culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
