Finally, the MLAs poaching case or the farmhouse case has been handed over to the CBI by the Court. The BJP leaders have won the case in getting it transferred to the CBI from the SIT.

The BJP leaders alleged that the state Government was making allegations for political reasons and that there was no money involved in the case. No money was also recovered from the arrests.

The details of the SIT led by CP Anand will be handed over to the CBI. There was a seven-member team working from the Police command control office in Banajrahills.

The ED is also probing into the case with MLAs in a different angle. The accused stated that the probe was going from a political angle and that the SIT had no right to probe this case.

Earlier the ACB court has also stated that the SIT had no right to probe this case and it relates to the charges of corruption. BJP leader Ramachandra Rao said that the case was handed over to the CBI by the court.

Ramachandra Rao said that it was not right on the part of CM KCR to leak the evidence to the media on his own. The verdict goes against the interest of the state government and it is good for the BJP.
