Half of Palamoor could be converted as green fields blossoming with bountiful crops. Even in mid-summer, the scenario unveiled was that of totally filled-up tanks brimming with overflowing with water. For making optimum utilization of River Krishna water, the construction of Palamoor-Rangareddy lift irrigation scheme project has been in progress, with which, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparti, Gadwal, Nagarkurnool, Narayan pet, Rangareddy, Vikarabad districts as well as Munugod and Devarakonda areas of Nalgonda district will become fertile.
