The tractor rally has already begun from Singu border and the farmers in large numbers are rushing to Delhi. They broke the barricades and are rushing towards Delhi before the stipulated time.
Only 50000 tractors were allowed by the police in a designated route. The rally was supposed to start from noon. But the farmers have broken the barricades in two places and they going towards Delhi with tractors and thousands of them are running ahead.
The police are following them. The rules and timing mutually agreed upon were broken by the farmers. The farmers have already started from different points to Delhi.
4 hours before the stipulated time the farmers have spilled into Delhi borders. All the farmers carrying tricolor flags were seen on tractors and some of them were running with flags as it is the Republic day.
The police remained mute spectators and they had nothing to do but to follow the farmers. There was utter chaos and confusion at the Delhi borders and the police did not want to create any law and order situation.
It looked as if the Republic day parade was dominated by the farmers rally.
