Vijay Devarakonda and Parasuram could not reach the expectations of the audience with the Family Star movie. Some scenes of the movie are excellent while some others can be improved to a greater extent.
The editing should have been more crisp for the movie.
The Family Star entertains to a certain extent. Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur deliver fine performances. However, the film’s slow-paced screenplay, lack of emotional depth, ineffective background score, and weak storyline are the notable drawbacks.
While cinematography and production values are decent, editing could be improved for a better narrative flow. You can call it an average movie and it could have been better.
As usual Vijay Devarakonda has done well within his limits. It has not reached the expectations of the audience and Geeta Govidnam was a better movie in the career of Director Prasuram.
May be it will take some time for the movie to catch up with the audience in the coming days. Right now Tillu Square is ruling the industry.
