Dr. S. Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister, Government of India visited Regional Passport
Office, Building located at Secunderabad. Dr. S. Jaishankar, who was on a visit to Hyderabad visited Regional Passport Office to look at the work done by Ministry of External Affairs Office viz Regional Pasport Office, Hyderabad, Branch Secretariat and Protector of Emigrants Hon ‘ble Minister talked to the officers of RP0, Hyderabad who were present in large numbers despite holiday. He reiterated the commitment to serve the applicants in a timely manner by overcoming the hurdles. He acknowledged the fact that there is a huge surge in the number of applications received in the Passport offices across India after the relaxation in the Covid-19 related norms, and there cannot be any compromise on the service delivery. After that Hon ‘ble Minister interacted with officers and staff of Regional Passport Office and inspired them .
