Suriya’s film was not executed properly by the director of the film ET. There are only a handful of plus points that fail to overcome the shortcomings the film has.
Suriya is known for selecting films that are completely different from the regular ones. But this film fails to make the required impact.
After watching ET, one wonders what made Suriya sign up for this film. It has nothing much to offer. The social message in the latter portions is good.
But that alone isn’t the factor for attraction. On the whole, ET is a formula film that fails to engage. It was not properly weaved to make the audience glued to the chair.
It is more of a Tamilish style. Even Suriya can’t save this film. Pandiraj the director of the film should seriously introspect and change his track.
But we can say that he tried his level best.
