TRS Government is of the opinion that the work from the office will help many other to get employment. The work from home concept has reduced the employment opportunity of middle-class people to a larger extent.
Now the IT department has suggested to the companies in Hyderabad that they must restart the work from Office soon. So that the people from other walks of life will get employment.
Many other jobs are dependent on the people coming to the office.
The cab drivers, the sweepers, the food sellers, the snack sellers, the club and pub owners, the gyms and also the theatres thrive on the people coming to IT companies for work/
Now that the employees will come back to Hyderabad from their native places, the rental portions will also get filled. But the people from Hyderabad are happier working from home.
They need not go to the office and in the name of health reasons and Carona, they want to continue the work from home. But The Government has found out that the work from home concept is taking the state economically backwards.
The dhobis who wash clothes and iron them are also not getting any work these days. People are at home in shorts and they don’t need any formal clothes.
To rejuvenate the economy there is every need for the employees to work from the office.
