Early poll and simultaneous voting for Parliament and Assembly may not happen in the near future.
The elections for the parliament will be held in 2019 according to the regular schedule and there will be no advancement. The assembly polls for the states will be held as per the schedule.
Single nation single voting will not be there for this time as Modi has lost in terms of demonetisation and GST.
His credibility is at stake and he has to win the Gujarat polls to come back to the original form.
Modi might win the Gujarat polls, but he may not be in a position to take the extreme step of preponing the polls.
The BJP may not dare again to make any experiments further. It is like one bitten twice shy for the NDA leaders.
They will stick to the traditional format for the coming polls.
