BRS President KCR and working President KTR are touring the districts left and right and indirectly campaigning for the coming elections. They are launching collector officers SP offices and talking about the development they did and the welfare measures they are implementing for the poor and needy.
There was a talk of early polls and KCR knows that the time is not right as the Congress has won in Karnataka. He has clarified to the MLAs that the elections would be held as per schedule and it could be in December as the new Government should be in place by January next year.
AP Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has cleared the air on the speculations that Andhra Pradesh would go for early polls. He said elections would be held as per schedule. Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “This period is very crucial.
There are still nine months left for the election notification. If we work hard, we will win again. Ministers should work more proactively during these nine months.
We should move ahead in coordination with MLAs. Ministers and MLAs should go and explain the good things done by the government to the people. Ministers should constantly interact with the people at the field level. I will take care of the rest.”
More than KCR, Jagan is under pressure as the TDP is surging forward with Jana Sena here in AP. The people are vexed with the rule of Jagan where the state is already in a financial mess.
The BRS Government is better placed when compared to that of the YSRC.
