There is a myth that one must take only egg white. But you must know that egg yellow will never rise your cholesterol.
Egg yolks contain dietary cholesterol — this is definitely a fact — but the latest scientific research has proven that dietary cholesterol has almost nothing to do with serum cholesterol, the stuff in your blood.
So you can eat the egg yellow also. Egg in any form is ok for you. Take eggs in general in any form on the whole on a daily basis.
Researchers reviewed and found that there is no correlation between egg consumption and heart disease, and a study in Saint Louis found that consuming this ‘every-home-staple’ for breakfast could, in fact, decrease your calorie intake for the remainder of the day.
So be happy and take the egg in some for the other for your health.
