Egg in any form is Ok- Yellow is good


People say that the egg is good for health. There are people who eat around dozen of eggs a day. But some people say that egg yellow is bad for health and that one must take only the white part of the egg.

But this is not correct. The yellow part is as good and healthy as the white. Due to the presence of high-cholesterol, people discard egg yolk considering it unhealthy and eat only the white portion.

One egg has around 186 milligrams of cholesterol, which is all found in the egg’s yolk. It is true that egg yolks contain high cholesterol, but it is not as bad as it is said to compare to egg whites, the yolk contains most of an egg’s good stuff, including the bulk of its iron,folate and vitamins.

The yolks also contain two nutrients—lutein and zeaxanthin—that support eye and brain health. In fact, the health experts are giving publicity that egg is vegetarian.

Medical experts say that more than fried eggs, boiled eggs are good.

But egg in any form is generally Ok.
