Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has allowed the Enforcement Directorate to prosecute former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged money laundering case linked to the liquor policy scam, said sources. Mr Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 but was released on bail in September.
The BJP will not project a Chief Ministerial candidate for the Delhi polls and a “big name” will contest against Arvind Kejriwal, top party sources told NDTV on Friday.
