The BJP leaders Vijaya Shanti and Eatela Rajendar have stated that they would contest against KCR the BRS Chief in the coming elections.
Actress and former MP Vijayashanti said she was ready to contest against Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao in the upcoming Assembly elections in Kamareddy.
KCR announced he would be contesting from Kamareddy, in addition to Gajwel, this time around.
Vijayashanti posted on X: “The BJP cadre believes that the party will not hesitate to fight against the BRS. Hence it is not wrong on the part of the workers to seek that Bandi Sanjay contest from Gajwel and I contest from Kamareddy against KCR.
A few days ago, BJP’s Huzurabad MLA Etala Rajendar, had said he would fight against KCR in Gajwel, besides contesting in Huzurabad as well. We have to see if Vijayashanti would get the seat to contest against KCR.
She is no match to KCR when compared with Eatela. Eatela can definitely give a tough fight to KCR. As things stand the BJP is in the third position in the state.
The Congress is doing better than the BJP as things stand.
