Former Minister Harish Rao today warned that no one should buy the lands given to the poor people. Selling and buying of these is an offence he said. They belong to the poor people and must remain the same he suggested.
Harish was talking to the people at the THR colony here. He advised the residents not to encroach the roads for building or extending the residential areas. He advised the colony people to plant a neem tree in front of every house. The neem tree gives good hair which has beneficial and medicinal properties.
He also ensured that LED lighting would be done in the colony soon.
At the same time, every household will get the potable water he stated. All the amenities would be provided to the colony as promised at the earliest he assured the members.
Aganwadi, ration shop, Burial ground and all other amenities will be done he assured the people here. Above all the underground drainage will also be provided he said.
It may be noted that Harish has been sulking in form or the other, as he was kept away from the Ministry. He was not invited to fo the launch of Kaleshwarma. But he could succeed in getting Rs 10 lakh per family for the residents of Chintamadaka.
It shows that he is wedded to the welfare of the people of his constituency and power does not matter to him at all.
