The Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi has appealed to the Ganesh Pandal organisers not to compete over the height of the idols but focus on ensuring the Covid-19 protocols and guidelines.

The BGUS will open its office on July 23. Samithi appealed to the pandal owners to ensure that the protocols were in place and that devotional and patriotic songs are played at the pandals.

The Utsav Samithi urged the government to provide the raw material for the idols in time. The GHMC was requested to take care of the required road works by idol immersion day.

The Police in Telangana is gearing up for the Bakrid and Ganesh Chaturthi. The police have ordered that cow slaughtering should be checked during the Bakrid season.

The Khairatabad Utsav Samithi has decided on the pattern of Rudra Ganapathi. There will be online darshan and Puja of the Khiaratabad Ganesh.

The Ganesha will be worshipped for 10 days and then the immersion will be done at Hussain Sagar. Khairatabad Ganesh nimajjan will also take place on the same day.
