Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan graced the “Donate a Device” campaign with her presence at Raj Bhavan today.
During the program, Akshaya Vidya Foundation distributed laptops to over 100 underprivileged girls from Hyderabad.
Highlighting the transformative power of education, the Governor remarked that empowering just one individual can positively shift the mindset of three generations. She further encouraged students to cultivate a lifelong “hunger for learning.”
Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan reiterated Raj Bhavan, Telangana’s commitment to serving as a bridge between philanthropists and those in need. She warmly appealed philanthropists and corporates to consider participating in such noble social initiatives.
The program was also graced by the presence of Mr. S. Janardhan, Founder of Akshaya Vidya Foundation, along with its Academic Advisor, members, and the enthusiastic student recipients of the laptops.
