AP Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy argued that they had arrested Naidu with all evidence and sought his CID custody for further probe to expose the conspiracy angle.
He argued that they were having the information pertaining to the money trail in the scam. If Naidu was given to AP-CID custody, this would help it to probe the case further, he said.
The Speaker has allowed a discussion on this case and the Government is ready with a presentation on the case in the Assembly.
The lawyers of Chadrababuu have given all the examples with cases and the CID could not give any evidence against Babu.
