Directors in Tollywood and Bollywood are apprehensive and jittery overdoing the item songs. Even the choreographres especially the male are refusing to do Item songs. They are afraid of this Me Too concept and think that they might be targeted in the future by the ladies who do these songs.
Mostly the leading ladies are doing these songs in the present scenario. Kajal, Anjali has done item songs in Telugu. Big heroines have done item songs with Aamir and Salman Khan. Kareena Kapoor and Katrina are no exception for the Item songs. But the directors and dance directors are running away from these songs as they could become the target of Me Too.
The items songs have to done with some exposure here and there, the ladies have to do some matka and jhatka as if they are seducing the hero. The dance directors have no other option but stoop low to conquer to please the directors first and the audience next.
In this context, the directors and the dance director feel insecure with this Me Too concept.
