Sukumar the popular director is celebrating his birthday. Sukumar is like a family member in the mega family. He has the blessings of Allu Aravind and has given a big hit to Ramcharan called Rangasthalam.
It is one of the best films in the industry and also in the career of Ramcharan. Sukumar is now doing a film called Pushpa with Allu Aravind where Allu boy is doing the role of a Lorry driver.
It is a mass character and the film is about red sanders smuggling. The film was first narrated to Mahesh and he did not show any interest in this. Now Allu has taken it up.
Last night there was a party on the sets of Pushpa for Sukumar the birthday boy. Sukumar has done movies with Ram Charan, NTR, Mahesh and now Allu Arjun.
It is reported that Sukumar is desperate to give a super hit to Mahesh Babu, but Mahesh is yet to give him dates. He has given a dud called No one to Mahesh earlier. Sukumar won the Filmfare Award for Best Director – Telugu and Nandi Award for Best Screenplay Writer for his work in Arya. His other notable films include Jagadam (2007), Arya 2 (2009), 100% Love (2011), 1: Nenokkadine (2014), and Nannaku Prematho (2016).
Sukumar is known for his complex, multi-layered screenplays which earned him the reputation of being an intelligent screenwriter. He is also known for infusing grey shades in the character sketches of the protagonists in his films.
