The Narendra Modi Government earlier promised Rs 15 lakh in every account. But it was not possible. The NDA government promised that it would get back the money stashed in Swiss accounts and give it to the people here. But nothing happened so far.
Now with the elections around the corner, PM Modi has thought it fit to transfer Rs 2500 directly into the accounts to all the poor and needy. Every month the poor people will get the money directly from the Government.
The NDA is also planning to give financial help to the farming community like the Telangana Government. The farmers will also get the insurance it is reported.
The opposition is reeling in trouble over the 10 per cent quota announced by the NDA Government for the forward castes who are economically backward.
The tide which was for the opposition has been successfully turned for the BJP by Modi. If the Rs 2500 a month scheme is implemented there is no doubt that the people will vote for the BJP.
This will be the second masterstroke by the BJP Government. After that, it would be difficult for the opposition to make a comeback. The Congress is already reeling in trouble with Akhilesh and Mayawati joining hands and making the Congress insignificant in Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh is the main state which decides the future of any Government to be formed.
Akhilesh has said that they have worked out the numbers and is confident of coming to power in 2019.
