Like Movie Moghul Ramanaidu, Dilraju is a master in building tempo for the films to be released. Now he is doing it for DJ the latest flick of Allu Arjun. First he has roped in all the directors who worked under him to talk about the movie. The movie DJ has got enough publicity and mileage already.
In fact Raju took several films that were in trouble added some marketing and publicity fizz to them and have earned lot of money in the process. Happy days was one movie that he took from the director Shekar Kammula and made lots of money. Megastar Chiranjeevi was supposed to be present for audio function of Allu Arjun’s ‘DJ’ flick which was organised at Shilpakalavedika .But his absence left megastar fans in disappointment.
Mega star Chiru who went to China on a family tour last month came back to city on Saturday and attended Dasari’s condolence meet held at Film chamber. He did not want to attend the audio function next day immediately after paying respects to Dasari. So he left for Chennai on the same day night after participating in Dasari’s condolences meet.
The Fans of mega family were disappointed at the absence of Chiranjeevi at audio function, but got the clarification from the producers of the film. Now the news is that Chiranjeevi will be the chief guest for pre-launch function of Duvvada Jagannadham flick which will be held on June 18th.
The Venue for this function is not yet finalised and it may be at Vizag or Hyderabad .They wanted to do it in open air at Visakhapatnma, but rain is a big issue that they have to keep in mind. They have to do it in doors only.
Earlier at Vizag Chiranjeevi along with Minister Ganta graced the function of Allu Arjun’s previous flick ‘Sarinodu’ which went on to become biggest hit in Bunny’s career. Film makers are in the same sentiment that the magic will repeat if Chiranjeevi attends the pre launch function .
Dil Raju wants to use Chiranjeevi just before the release of the film, so that it gets the ultimate hype. Marketing hype is working like anything these days. With this hype and releasing the movie in large number of theaters is working wonders for the producers and they are minting the money in one weeks time. Baahubali could garner about 1000 crore in no time. It took not even 2 months to make 1500 crore. That is all because of the Hype they created.
