First Kiara has signed a movie with NTR and then shifted to Shankar for Ram Charan. Now Dil has given a stipulated budget, set the deadline for the movie to be completed.
That is the agreement. The producer called Dil Raju is now in a position to dictate a director like Shankar. It looks like the old days are coming back where the producer was the king.
