After Baahubali and its publicity now Rana is with another movie . People says its film just based on Jagan the YSRC chief . It may not be direct, but indirectly it resembles the life and times of Jagan it is reported. Just hours ago the trailer of Rana Daggubati’s “Nene Raju Nene Mantri” directed by Teja after a long gap, got released and immediately political circles are getting heated up with the debate on the story of the movie.

The film looks like a guy’s journey, in both positive and negative ways, to become Chief Minister of a state. Going by the looks, dialogues and content there, some political pundits are opining that the film’s story is loosely based on leader of the opposition in AP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Analysts and movie critics said that Jagan’s challenge to become a Chief Minister of AP after his father, late YSR’s death, is what could be looked through Rana’s character. Also, the name of the lead guy in the film is Jogendra and it sounds close to Jagan, said some others.

Many a times the story writers often carve out scenes that have real life inspiration. That doesn’t mean a particular politician’s life is fully being translated to the silver screen. For now, director Teja and hero Rana are maintaining that this is a pure work of fiction. It is not linked or connected to any politician.

At the same time Nene Raju Nene Mantri looks like a simple rehash of “Leader” movie where a leader dies suddenly and his son uses many tricks in the book to get back to power. It has to be seen how people will react to it. Will Teja the director make a come back or will be buried for ever in Tollywood circles like the RGV who could not rise after Sarkar…
