Dharavi in deep trouble

Dharavi the biggest slum in Asia is suffering from Corona. It is under lockdown now and can explode anytime. 10 people stay in a 10/10 room. That is the situation here.
4 litres of water cost around Rs 25 here. Many cases of Corona are being registered here. Mumbai is the red zone for Kovid. People are suffering for water and also essential commodities here.

They cannot be at home and there be no food and water for them. The area has been under the lockdown for more than a month. All of them are small-time workers and they do not how to survive for the future.

The food is being supplied by various NGOs but that is not sufficient for the people here. The small grocery shops have opened, but there is no money to purchase the same.
The people from Telugu states who are Dharavi said that they have to earn for themselves and also send money back home. They there is no work and it is very difficult fo then to survive on day to day basis.

In reality crores of slum dwellers across the country are in trouble. If the cases top up here it will be very difficult for the local and also the central Government to control the COVID here.
