The God of music Isaigniani Ilayaraja will be the subject of a biography directed by Bollywood director Balki.
Dhanush will be playing the role of Ilayaraja. Balki has previously collaborated with Ilaiyaraaja and Dhanush.
My aim is to do Ilaiyaraaja’s biography alongside Dhanush, Balki said.
Raja has written the music for more than 1,000 feature films over the course of a career spanning five decades and is recognised across the World.
The movie can be released across the World in all the languages possible.
Witnessing Dhanush as the renowned maestro would be a dream come true for both Balki and Dhanush, given their mutual love and respect for Ilayaraja, Balki said.
Dhanush said that he was very fortunate to get the role of the world-renowned music director.
