BL Santosh the man supposed to be behind the deal of TRS MLAs poaching is safe for the time being. Telangana High Court has postponed the case for Tuesday and did not permit the SIT police for arresting Santosh.
The Four persons involved the deal have been questioned by the SIT team under the guidance of CP Anand here in Hyderabad. No details have been given but the SIT wanted to arrest BL Santosh one of the core team members of the BJP.
Premendar Reddy the BJP leader has filed a petition in the court against the arrest of Santosh. The court by issuing interim orders, for the time, being has stopped the arrest of Santosh and the case has been postponed to Tuesday.
It is learnt that the SIT has sought the cooperation of Delhi police in arresting Santosh. It has to be seen if Santosh would be arrested in this case.
The Police have served notices under 41A to Santosh and Srinivas the PA of BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay it is reported. Santosh will not be arrested until further orders from the court.
The Four persons have named Santosh in this connection and this is recorded on tapes leaked by the CMO in the Pressmeet.
The BJP functionaries here in the state of Telangana are trying to stall the SIT probe in one way or other in this connection. The case of poaching the MLAs has drawn country-wide attention, but they said that even TRS poached the MLAs from Congress and TDP.
But this case had its impact on the Munugode election and the BJP lost it with a thin wafer majority.
