Defence Minister Nirmala Seetharaman ran away from the parliament without answering any of my questions said Rahul Gandhi the Congress chief. He opined that the answers given by Nirmala Seetharaman were not connected to his questions. He said that both Prime Minister Modi and the defence Minister were avoiding his questions from time to time.
