More than 40 petitions are pending in the court against Jaganmohan Reddy the AP Chief Ministers. We have to see if the court will call Jagan to attend the court in person.
As the CM of AP Jagan has not been attending the court cases, but there is a chance that the court might ask him to attend his cases. Cases pertaining to Illegal assets, ED, CBI are pending against Jagan Mohan Reddy.
There are 31 criminal cases pending against Jagan according to his election affidavit. 11 CBI cases are pending against the CM of AP. Jagan has been charged with criminal conspiracy, heating, dishonesty, inudicng delivery of property, taking gratification , criminal breach of trust, forgery, criminal misconduct by public servant, prevention of corruption and few other offences.
There is a talk in the political circles that the BJP Government at the centre is protecting him from the CBI cases. There is case also seeking to cancel the bail of Jaganmohan Reddy.
Now that the cases will be taken up on a daily basis against Jagan, let us hope that there will be a decision from the court in these cases.
