Cyberabad Police & SCSC conducted Project Safe Stay Session with Hostel Owners in Cyberabad*A project safe stay meeting with all hostel owners/managers was conducted at TCS. More than 800+ hostel owners/managers attended the session.
CP Cyberabad, Sri Stephen Raveendra, IPS., was the chief guest and addressed the gathering.DCP Women Safety Wing, Smt. D Kavitha, DCP Madhapur, Smt Shilpavalli, Secretary, SCSC, Sri Krishna Yedula, Joint Secretary, Women's Forum, Smt Pratyusha Sharma, Jt. Secretary Traffic Forum,Srinivas other SCSC members and other Police officials attended the meeting.
How to register the hostel in the concerned Police Station The safety measures that are to be taken by the Hostel owners/managers The safety audit that is going to be conducted by the police and SCSC was explained to the members in detail.
The Hostel owners association now will partner with SCSC and Police to create a safer place to live for all employees of Cyberabad.
All the owners/managers mandatorily need to adhere to the guidelines. Any hostel that is found to be not complying with the safety norms is likely to be imposed punishment of a 5000 fine and may likely result in the seizure of the hostel premises also.
As per the public safety act, the police are authorized to seize the hostel premises also
