Cyberabad CP Stephen Raveendra IPS., convened a meeting at Cyberabad CP Office to stop prostitution.
Stephen said that the objective of the meeting is to stop prostitution in Cyberabad Police commissioner limits and to identify prostitution places and seizing of the properties who are indulging in these illegal activities.
– CP said Expeditious and quality investigation should be done in crimes related to women and children.
– To prepare a check list for UI and PT cases.
– Should focus on pending trial – convictions.
– Pending UI cases to be finalized.
– There would be periodical follow up meeting for every 25 days.
– In Cyberabad Anti Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) was formed in the year November 2020. Since the inception of AHTU till now 9 commercial places and 5 residential places were seized by Cyberabad CP as a Additional. District Magistrate in Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kukatpally, Jagadgirigutta, Miyapur areas.
