CS reviews PM visit

Chief Secretary Smt. Santhi Kumari held a co-ordination meeting and took stock of the arrangements being made in connection with the visit of the Honourable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi to the state on the 4th and 5 TH of March. She directed the officials to make foolproof arrangements in a coordinated manner.

Chief Secretary told the police department to make adequate security arrangements, law and order, traffic and bandobast arrangements as per the blue book. Similarly, adequate fire fighting arrangements should be positioned at the airport, helipads and all the venues.

The health department officials were asked to make necessary medical arrangements as per the requirements of the Prime Ministers office. Likewise, the R&B departments has been told to undertake the repair of roads to be used by the convoy of the Honourable
Prime Minister in coordination with the police and GHMC.

Energy department was instructed to ensure uninterrupted power supply at all places of the visit. All the line departments were told to work in close coordination and ensure
that the visit of the Honourable Prime Minister is conducted in a successful manner.

The Honourable Prime Minister will visit Adilabad on the 4 th and Sangareddy on the 5 th of March. He will launch several development programmes. He will also address public meetings at both the places.
