Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, IAS, today held a review meeting with concerned officials on Dharani Portal at BRKR Bhavan.
Chief Secretary directed officials to resolve the grievances which were placed by the applicants in Dharani Portal as early as possible with the co-ordination of District Collectors and also monitor the status of pendency daily.
He instructed that a standard response to be given on all grievances through Whatsapp, Email etc. Grievances should be sorted out immediately. Chief Secretary also reviewed the modules and other related issues pertaining to land matters and Dharani Portal.
