With the onset of Wave 2 of COVID which is spreading faster impacting the higher number of people, Cyberabad Police and SCSC conducted a meeting with all Gated Communities in Cyberabad. SCSC has a network of over 200 gated communities in Cyberabad.
Resident Welfare associations lauded services of SCSC and Cyberabad Police to the Society by setting up the First Covid Control Room in association with SCSC (Society for Cyberabad Security Council) and saving lives.
Today CP Cyberabad had interacted virtually with the Gated Community People in which Resident Welfare Associations Representatives of most of the gated communities of Cyberabad had participated and shared the preventive measures they are taking to control the COVID Spread in their respective communities.
They had requested for few supportive activities like;
Allotting a Police Official for timely support, Audio Announcements for the COVID Precautions, Regular Disinfection of the Communities and
Testing facilities to be increased.
As the Telangana Government has announced free vaccination to all living in Telangana Vaccination should be allowed and provided in the Gated Communities
They also requested Dos and Don’ts to be shared regarding Covid.
Answering to all the requests CP Sajjanar, IPS said they will coordinate with the other Concerned Government Departments like GHMC, Health Department, etc., and will try to support the communities.
Mr. Krishna Yedula, Secretary General addressing the community people assured of timely support. He said today we have launched Ambulance services and similarly if each Gated Community can hire an ambulance it will help a lot of people residing in their own communities.
Sri SM Vijay Kumar, IPS spoke about the number of accidents happening due to traffic violations even in the current COVID Pandemic period and urged people to follow traffic rules – like do not drink and drive, do not allow minors to drive the vehicles, etc.,
