Court says no to Jagan

The CBI court in Hyderabad has not agreed to Jagan’s plea that he will not come to the court on account his proposed padayatra.

Jagan cannot skip the court in the name of Padayatra the court said. Now Jagan is planning to go to Supreme court over the matter.

Jagan stated that he would not be able to attend the court on Fridays as he would be on a padayatra for about 6 months.

But the court did not permit him for the same. Now he cannot avoid the court and this is a set back to Jagan and also the YSRC,
