The High court has directed that film star Charmee cannot take an advocate into the SIT office while she undergoes the interrogation in drugs case.
The court said that the women officers will question Charmee and it will be between 10 am to 5 Pm only. The questioning can be done at the venue agreed by Charmee.
SIT cannot take any samples from Charmee without her consent.Earlier Charmee said that she would come to the SIT office for the said questioning and she gave it to the police in writing.
Now it has to be seen where the investigation will be done for Charmee. Further proceedings over the matter have been postponed to next Tuesday by the court.
