There is no proper Police patrolling in the Girijan areas. It is reported that the police patrol parties have country chicken fry when they go to the Girijan areas. They don’t do the patrolling properly and that resulted in the killing of TDP MLA Kidari recently. The investigating team has gathered interesting updates in the Girijan areas.
The tribals told that there is no proper patrolling in the area and that the police demand country chicken and food. While the Maoists who were in the area to kill the MLA and his follower demanded local toddy and had it during the night before Kidaris shootout. If there was proper patrolling the Maoists could not have gathered in such large numbers and carried out the operation so easily.
It is found that the planning to take on the MLA was going on since last 6 months and one of the relatives of the MLA was also involved. Extraction and money making was the main reason against the MLA being shown by the Maoists. Crores were involved in the mining transactions it is reported.
The Maoists have done this to stop the mining and also corruption in the region the locals opined. There are some more names in the Maoists hit list and the police have kept this as a secret. The intelligence has alerted the MLAs and the Chief Minister Chandrababu over the issue. In fact the MLA was also given the alert and warning.
