Counting of offerings in the New building

The activities of Parakamani including counting and accounting of the offerings made by devotees in Srivari Hundi at Tirumala commenced from the new Parakamani building.

After participating in the puja,EO said the building was constructed on donation by the Bengaluru-based donor Sri Muralikrishna with 23 crores including the setting up of advanced counting machines.

This spacious building was inaugurated by the CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy on September 28 last.

After installing the necessary CCTVs, and some infrastructure arrangements, the Parakamani activity commenced in the building, the EO added.

Earlier, during the first bell in Tirumala temple, the Hundis from the temple were lifted through a slim lift and loaded in the specially designed lorry and brought to the new building with the blessings of HH Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy of Tirumala in the presence of TTD EO.

Later, Vastu Homam and Gopuja were performed in the new Parakamani building before commencing the counting and accounting activity.

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, EEs Sri Jaganmohan Reddy, Sri Srihari, DE Electrical Sri Ravishankar Reddy, DyEO Parakamani In-charge Sri Rajendra Kumar, VGO Sri Bali Reddy, and others were also present.
