Naga Chaitanya the grandson of Akkineni Nageshwar Rao clarified that insulting Akkineni is insulting yourself. Balakrishna made these comments against Akkineni at the success meet of Veera Simaha Reddy.
Balakrishna called Akkineni as the Tokkineni while talking about NTR, ANR so on and so forth. It was the birth Anniversary of Akkineni Nageshwar Rao.
Now the fans of Akkineni are asking for apologies from Balakrishna. It was a mistake on the part of Balakrishna, there is no second thought about it.
The comments of Tokkineni are viral on social media. Some of them said that Balakrishna might have uttered these words for rhyme and rhythm and he does not mean anything against Akkineni.
Some media houses are blowing it out of proportion against Balakrishna who is a TDP MLA. Akkineni fans opined that it was not right on the part of Balakrishna to utter such words against the legendary actor Nageshwar Rao.
Now Naga Chaitanya responded in his own way in a subtle manner. The success meet was held on 22nd of this month. Sarveshwar Rao the President of the All India Akkineni fans association said that it was not right for Balakrishna to make such uncharitable comments.
Lets hope Balakrishna will apolozise to his utterances which were uncalled for.
