Congress leaders have warned the producers of the movie The Accidental Prime Minister- based on the story of the former PM in UPA regime which was made based on the story of Sanjaya Baru who was the Press secretary for the then PM.
The Congress leaders demanded that they want a preview of the movie before it is released in the theatres. Meanwhile, the BJP leaders opined that it is like telltale evidence of the rule of former PM during the UPA regime which was directed by Sonia Gandhi and other members of the Gandhi family.
The Congress leaders opined that the facts have been twisted showing the PM and also the UPA Chairperson in the bad light. This is to malign the image of the Congress party before the elections they charged. After the screening of the movie, the objectionable portions of the movie should be edited they demanded.
It has to be seen how the producers of the movie would react to the demands of the Congress leaders. On the other hand, the BJP liked the movie and the role of Anupam Kher as Manmohan Singh very much. Anupam has done full justice to the role and he looks exactly like Manmohan and walks like the former PM. He also talks like him.
