The Congress party leader Bhatti Vikramarka is unable to understand the facts and is misleading the members in the house and also the pepe outside said K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana CM.
Bhatti Vikramarka said that huge funds have been allocated and spent but so far water did not come to the state he stated in the Assembly. He also gave several facts and figures apart from producing the papers where the payment was paid.
Bhatti said that he was quoting from the papers and has sent the paper to the Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy. Bhatti said that if he was wrong the chief Ministers can correct him and explain to the members.
He wanted the DPR to be given to the people from the Banks. What is the proposal to commercial banks and agreement made with the banks Bhatti asked the Chief Minister? The paper must be laid on the table. CM KCR said that the DPRs will be given to the members as it is the last day for the Assembly.
Bhatti said that the CM was taking everything in a negative fashion. KCR replied that he cannot keep quite when Bhatti speaks whatever he wants and it is misleading the house he stated.
