Comedy star, hero and anchor Ali along with Krishna Bhagavan have accepted the green India Challenge initiated by TRS MP Joginapallly Santosh Kumar.
They have planted the saplings in Banjarahills GHMC park. Raghu babu the son of Girigbabu who is also a comedian has also planed the saplings here along with Ali and Krishna Bhagavan at the Banjarahills park.
They suggested that people from all walks of life must plant the saplings. This is for the betterment of the environment and that it is like the responsibility of the public in general to protect the environment.
The green India Challenge being taken up by the Santosh Kumar is encouraging people from all walks of life and they are complimenting the MP for the same.
So far more than 4.5 crore saplings have been planted by the people from various sections of the society.
Politicians, celebrities, cine artists, sportspersons are participating in the tree plantations in a big way.
