Ace comedian Kapil Sharma landed in legal trouble once again. An FIR has been filed against the 35-year-old star under Environment Protection act and Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices act.
According to media , the action has been taken against the ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ actor for destroying mangroves in Versova, Mumbai. This is not the first time Kapil has landed in trouble.
Earlier, the Mumbai civic body – BMC – had issued notice to Sharma and Irrfan Khan under section 351 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, claiming that certain constructions in the 18-storey residential building ‘DLH Enclave’ in Goregaon, in which the actors have flats, were illegal and hence will have to be razed.
Later, the Bombay High Court directed the civic body to file its affidavit in reply to petitions filed by the stand-up comedian and actor Irrfan challenging the notice issued against them.
Earlier Kapil took to twitter and made comments about the corruption of municipal officials. But he was proved wrong. Kapil was wrong as he deviated in construction of his house and was against the permission granted to him.
