Popular Telugu Comedian Brahmanandam has undergone bypass surgery in Mumbai. It is reported that Brahamanandam 62 was not doing well and was flown to Mumbai for the bypass surgery. He was a busy comedian charing lakhs of rupees per day but after the Jabardasth program, he was not having work on a regular basis. His last film was NTR biopic where he played the role of Relangi the popular comedian of sixties.
Brahmi has undergone the bypass surgery at Asian Heart Insitute under the supervision of Dr Ramakanth Panda. His surgery was successful and is under observation. He will come back to Hyderabad after one or two days it is reported. Some of the industry people commented that Brahmi could be in stress as he is not having work these days. A lot of young comedians are in the industry now and who are having better timing than that of Brahmi.
