Telangana CM KCR and AP chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy are not going to be a part in the swearing-in ceremony of prime minister Narendra Modi at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi today. Both Telugu state chief ministers have got an invitation to attend Modi’s oath taking ceremony.
However, the Director General of Aviation has revoked landing permits for non-scheduled flights from 3 pm to 11 pm due to security reasons in the wake of Modi’s swearing-in.
Both the chief minister’s flight schedule was not informed following which their Delhi visit canceled.
The oathtaking will be attended by the heads of various countries leaders and the various states leaders. Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will also attend the swearing-in ceremony.
